Springfield Road.
A beautifully planned and constructed home, making the most of space with clever design and layout. Architectural features throughout the house create intimate spaces for living, entertaining and relaxing.
Little Akaloa.
An extensive renovation has transformed the traditional “Kiwi bach" into an award-winning high-end architectural home. Situated on a steep hillside overlooking Little Akaloa beach on Banks Peninsula, the house is clad in Shadowclad cedar, allowing it to sit in total sympathy with its surroundings.
Akaroa
Built to withstand all the natural elements from the ocean, this family home was constructed out of precast panels to provide strength and thermal insulation. Weathered cedar complements the concrete panels and vast 100m2 deck.
Merivale.
Single story, high pitch ceilings and lots of glass were a necessity for this Merivale home owner, with other architectural finishes throughout the house. Living and sleeping areas can be locked off or opened up depending on requirements.
Fendalton.
This contemporary Gold Reserve award-winning riverside home in Fendalton was a challenging but exciting project. This house offers luxurious living, with clever design and contemporary edifice finishes.
Nook
Tiny House.
Nook tiny house offers buckets of attitude and loads of options for usage. It’s also fully customisable, so you can tailor dimensions, fixtures and fittings to suit your tastes. And, at only 6m x 3m, Nook is a pint-sized, self-contained, fully transportable marvel.
