Meet the makers.

Grant Waghorn's experience in the construction industry includes 15 years as a site manager for a major construction company, overseeing key projects such as the AMI stadium, Turners Car Auctions and New World supermarkets. He and his wife Anna, who co-manages the company, started Red + Black Construction in 2010 with the aim of providing values-driven services. Their focus and vision is creating a legacy of quality residential and commercial builds that are helping to define Christchurch's skyline.
